Specialist · Marketing & Performance
SEO consulting that answers to revenue, not to rankings.
Rankings are a means. The question is whether search is bringing in the right customers, and whether the work you are paying for is moving the business.
What SEO consulting covers
Direction, judgement and accountability
We work across the three jobs SEO is really made of — technical, content and authority — but our role is direction and accountability rather than churning tasks. We decide what the investment is for, judge whether the work is sound, and tie it to the pages that make you money.

We will happily tell you to spend less on SEO.
An honest SEO diagnostic sometimes ends with reducing the retainer, not adding to it. That is only possible from a seat with no execution hours to protect. If real execution is needed, we help you brief and manage it well.
Common questions
Are you an SEO agency?
No. We are SEO consultants. We set the priority, judge whether the work is sound, and hold it to commercial pages and revenue — whether the delivery is done in-house, by your existing agency, or by us on selected work. If you need a large execution team, we will help you choose and manage one rather than pretending to be it.
How is SEO consulting different from an SEO retainer?
A retainer buys ongoing execution. Consulting buys direction and judgement: what the SEO investment is for, which pages matter commercially, whether the current work is moving the business, and what to change. Often the highest-value move is fixing the brief for an agency you already have.
Can you audit our current SEO agency?
Yes. An independent SEO diagnostic tells you whether the work is sound, aimed at the right pages, and accountable to a number that matters. Sometimes the answer is to keep the agency and change the brief; sometimes it is to spend less. We have nothing to sell on the other side of that answer.
Do you help with website migrations?
Yes. Migrations are where hard-won search visibility is most often lost. We review the plan, protect the URLs and rankings that matter, and oversee the change so the traffic survives it.
